Jung hopes you will join his journey as he cooks his way through the Larousse gastronomique. He is using the most recent edition which includes non-French information. However, his main interests are the traditional French recipes, which are challenging as they at times require ingredients only available in France. He is also very interested in the Rhone terroir, wine and food, which he considers to be my spiritual home.
In the absence of stimulating conversation, and especially while cooking, Jung enjoys a good opera. Opera is much like love… it requires time to appreciate, yet we live in a world where time is in such short supply.
Jung runs marathons and likes to play computer games too!
