There are very few things that unite women quite like getting into our sweatpants, making a bowl of popcorn, pouring glass(es) of wine and then ruthlessly judging celebrities as they walk the red carpet. It’s practically a sporting event, with play-by-play and pre-game shows now just as popular as the main event. While I can not partake in the glass of wine this year (thanks, pregnancy) I can partake with less shame than normal in the “OMG, she needed to lose 5 more pounds before wearing that” without feeling even slightly remorseful, because, you know, I’m pregnant and therefore allowed to be fatter in many areas. Take that, celebrities!
So who were my best-dressed ladies of the evening? I didn’t go with the ones that will probably make the major fashion magazines – Jennifer Lopez (I hate yellow and J.Lo) and J.Law (not digging the chainmail necklace at all) but I found the ones that really spoke to me. Let’s get right into it, shall we?
