Since I’ve been trying to eat healthier lately, I’ve found two things to be incredibly helpful in achieving this aim: my husband agreeing to eat whatever healthy concoctions I come up with and my Pinterest Healthy Eating board. Seriously, the food inspiration available on Pinterest is mind-blowing and I came up with lots of ideas, such as a Gluten-free Paleo Pepper and Quinoa Pea dinner, which I’m now going to share with you:
